ICS is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Mr. Ho Chuan-hsing, former Deputy Director of the National Palace Museum in Taipei, on 31 August 2024. Mr. Ho visited ICS and the Department of Fine Arts from September to December 2021, during which he delivered two public lectures regarding the studies and appreciation of Chinese calligraphy and painting. His profound knowledge and humble demeanour will always be remembered.

We would like to extend our deepest condolences to Mr. Ho’s family.
